Processing Time
Every ALVERIO sculpture is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
- Order Processing: 1–3 Business Days
- Custom Orders: 3–7 Business Days
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Information
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, contact us immediately.
